Medical Foot Care - In Clinic
Medical foot care preformed by a qualified and experienced nurse with advanced training in foot and lower limb care.
Your medical foot care appointment can include the following; general foot care, nail trimming and filing, temporary ingrown toenail removal (non-surgical, no anesthetic is given for this treatment), corn and callus reduction, diabetic foot care, dry skin removal, thick and/or fungal nail reduction, foot scrub, hot towels, moisturizing foot foam and nail oil.
At the end of your treatment we go over our recommended care plan which often includes booking routine foot care every 6-8 weeks to ensure we maintain optimal foot health. We also discuss products or specialized treatments that may be beneficial for your foot health and overall well-being. An initial treatment is scheduled for up to 45 minutes and up to 30 minutes for follow-up visits.

Foot Care Nurse Training
To register for our Foot Care Nurse training program choose a date that works best for you, book this date and create a profile. You will then be prompted to fill our our registration form online. Once your profile and registration form is completed look for our welcome email within 24-48 hours. This will have a **pay now** button to finish the registration process. Please note that in order to complete registration, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid with the remainder due 2 weeks prior to your training dates. We accept credit card & debit mastercard/visa.

In order to be eligible for hands on training you must first complete a recognized theory course or currently enrolled in a theory course, have an active non restricted nursing license and proof of liability insurance.
The cost for Online Theory and 3 days in person hands on training is $3300 +HST . Online theory is completed at your own pace on your own time, hands on training will take place 4 times a year from Friday-Sunday. If you require training on a date not listed please contact our office to discuss.
If you have previously completed a theory course or a theory & hands on training course but require more hands on training please contact our office directly to book for individual hands on training dates and for pricing.
